Ayurveda

In 2006 I published a textbook called 'Ayurveda; The Divine Science of Life" (Elsevier/Mosby, ISB 0-7234-3410-7), with the forward written by Michael Tierra, OMD, RH(AHG).

I originally wrote the book as a way to organize the structure of Ayurveda in my mind, and have since gone on to use it as a guide to teach others about Ayurveda and Indian medicinal plants. As such, the book is ideal for Western or non-Indan trained health practitioners, and at 351 pages is highly organized into 11 chapters, 50 monographs and six appendices. I have receieved a number of good reviews for the book, from notable herbalists including David Winston, Paul Bergner, and Roy Upton.
